Terms and Conditions

1. This is an invitation-only network

The portal is not a public marketplace and registering is not an offer of work. Creating an account and submitting a profile means you are asking to be added to the creator network. A Zealous Novaz administrator reviews every submission and may approve it, ask for changes, or decline it, at their discretion and without giving reasons.

Being approved does not create an engagement, guarantee any volume of work, or oblige either of us to enter into a contract. Any actual work is agreed separately in writing.

2. Your account

Your account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself and do not let anyone else use it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what is done through your account.

You must verify your email address before you can sign in. We use your email address to tell you about your submission - it is the only way the portal contacts you.

3. What you tell us must be true

Everything you enter - your experience, disciplines, tools, rates, availability and the work you link to - must be accurate and your own to present. Do not submit work you did not do, or claim credits you did not hold.

If you mark a project as being under a non-disclosure agreement, the portal hides the client name from everyone except Zealous Novaz administrators. That is a convenience, not a legal safeguard: you remain responsible for honouring your own confidentiality obligations, and you should not enter anything you are not permitted to disclose.

4. Links, and the one file we store

Your showreel, portfolio, resume and LinkedIn profile are links you supply. We do not host or copy that material - we follow the link. Keep those links working and keep them pointing at material you are entitled to share. If a link is private or expires, we may not be able to assess your submission.

The single exception is your profile photo, which is optional and is uploaded to us. By uploading it you confirm it is a picture of you that you are entitled to use, and you allow us to display it inside the portal. Remove it at any time from your profile.

5. What we do with your information

We use what you submit to assess you for work and to maintain the creator network. It is visible to Zealous Novaz administrators. We do not sell it and we do not publish it.

We do not ask for and do not hold bank details, payment information, or government identity documents through this portal. If any part of the portal ever appears to request those, do not enter them and tell us.

6. Editing and locking

Once you submit, your profile locks while an administrator reviews it, so a decision is never taken against a version that has since changed. If changes are requested, the profile unlocks and you can edit and resubmit.

7. Ending your access

You may ask us to remove your account at any time. We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms, or one that appears to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

Removing an account deletes your profile, disciplines, tools, links and review history. We keep a record that the removal happened - the date, the administrator who did it and the reason - so the decision is traceable. Tell us if you need that record removed too.

8. Availability

We try to keep the portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable during maintenance or because of problems outside our control.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email at the address on your account. Continuing to use the portal after that means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
